What is CNP?

Mission

Our Values

  • We are the authors of our own narratives.

  • Stories inspire activism.

  • There is no perfect narrative.

  • We must change narratives to change policies.

  • We achieve narrative change through visibility.

Key Initiatives

CNP Honors Spirit Day

In honor of Spirit Day, a day to support LGBTQ youth in a united stand against bullying, Kandi Burruss (Singer, Songwriter, Producer and Real Housewives of Atlanta star) and Victor Jackson (Singer, Choreographer and Creative Director) chat with CNP Communications Director and Editor-At-Large of The Reckoning, Darian Aaron, about their friendship, their connection to Tri-Cities High School in East Point, GA, LGBTQ+ support and being sexually fluid.

Narrative change is critical to social change, and by amplifying the voices of our community, we are shifting the public narrative. So very often stories have been told about us. The work of CNP is to ensure that we are the authors of our own narratives, that we are in charge of our stories. We are committed to building power in our communities, and to serve as one of the many political voices.
